BeOps stands for “Be Optimized”. We are a group of building energy efficiency and sustainability professionals who are passionate in supporting Hong Kong and the globe to decarbonize and achieve carbon net zero. 

BeOps has been established and headquartered in Hong Kong since 2021 because of the increasing need from building owners and operators who are committed to the Paris Agreement and Science Based Target (SBTi). Whilst the options of companies in Hong Kong and Pacific Asia that are specialized in decarbonization and committed to 100% client satisfaction are very limited. BeOps is dedicated to be the long term strategic advisor of our clients that we are committed to operate with our core values – Integrity, Teamwork, Ethics, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Innovation.

We are a mix of local and international professionals who have backgrounds in building energy efficiency, sustainability, building operation, smart technologies, and decarbonization strategy. Thus, our service offerings can cover the entire building life cycle, such as decarbonization strategy and implementation, commissioning, green design and certification, energy audit, retrocommissioning (RCx), fault detection and diagnostics (FDD), and more.
